Software written by -Bloom!- Software may be distributed without written consent of author under these circumstances:
1) There is no charge for the obtaining of the software. This includes the disk fee, or any membership fee needed to access the software.
2) All attached documents are included and not changed.
EXCEPTIONS:
1) Distributing party is a registered Macintosh User's Group. (This status is obtained through Apple). Even so, no more than a nominal fee, ($6.00 in US dollars), can be charged for the media that the software is on. A written notification must be sent to the -Bloom!- Software Group informing them of your UG status.
2) Distributing party is an Internet server. A small hourly / monthly / yearly fee may be charged to access the server.
3) Distributing party is a major online service. Services such as America Online or CompuServe may distribute the software for a connect fee, and a standard downloading fee. No service may charge more than normal rates for the downloading of the software without written consent by -Bloom!- Software.
